Anchor Bolts

• 1.1 Embedded anchor bolts: need to be poured into the concrete foundation once or twice, including hook type, claw type and anchor plate type. Claw type anchor bolts have good adhesion and are suitable for fastening large and medium-sized equipment; anchor plate type has the best adhesion and positioning verticality, and is suitable for fastening large and heavy equipment with impact.
• 1.2 Bite-type anchor bolts: also called expansion anchor bolts. When the equipment is fastened, its cone head (expansion tube) will produce a strong bite force, making it anchored on the concrete wall, and it is widely used.
• 1.3 Movable anchor bolts: no concrete pouring is required during installation, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble. It is usually used on large and heavy equipment with impact, such as mine hoists, forging equipment, etc.

2.1 Fixed anchor bolts: also called short anchor bolts, poured together with the foundation, used to fix equipment without strong vibration and impact, such as small pumps, fans, etc.

2.2 Movable anchor bolts: also called long anchor bolts, are removable anchor bolts used to fix heavy machinery and equipment with strong vibration and impact during work, such as forging hammers, large compressors, etc.

2.3 Expansion anchor bolts: used to fix simple static equipment or auxiliary equipment, such as small brackets, cable trays, etc., and use the expansion principle to form a tight connection with the concrete foundation during installation.

2.4 Adhesive anchor bolts: Use adhesives to bond bolts to concrete to form a whole. In recent years, the application has gradually increased. It is often used in residential, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and other fields where the fixation requirements are high and other anchor bolts are not suitable.
