• Galvanized steel strip is a steel product that is made by coating a layer of zinc on the surface of cold-rolled or hot-rolled long strip steel plate through a specific process. The thickness of the galvanizing can be customized according to customer needs, ranging from 5um to 60um.

(1) Pretreatment: Pickling the entire roll of steel strip to remove dirt, rust and other impurities on the surface, so that the surface of the steel strip reaches a bright and clean state, preparing for subsequent galvanizing.

(2) Galvanizing: Hot-dip galvanizing is mainly used. The treated steel strip is immersed in the molten plating solution. The steel strip substrate undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the plating solution to form a tightly structured zinc-iron alloy layer, which is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel strip substrate.

(3) Post-treatment: including passivation, pre-phosphating and oiling. Passivation treatment can improve the surface structure and gloss of the galvanized layer, improve its corrosion resistance and service life, and enhance the bonding strength between the coating and the base metal. Chromate passivation is mainly used, and fluoride, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid and other activators are added to the passivation solution; pre-phosphating can further improve the corrosion resistance and coating performance of the strip; oiling is to apply a layer of anti-rust oil on the surface of the strip to play a short-term anti-rust role.

(1) Strong corrosion resistance: The coating is uniform, the adhesion is strong, and the zinc-iron alloy layer has a tight structure, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the galvanized strip, can effectively resist the erosion of the external environment, and prolongs the service life.

(2) Good processing performance: It can be processed in a variety of ways, such as bending, stamping, welding, etc., which can meet the material processing needs of different industries.

(3) Good appearance quality: After post-processing, the surface is relatively smooth and flat, and the glossiness is high.

The width is usually 100-700mm, and the thickness range is generally 0.2-6.0mm; the coating thickness is generally not less than 50g/square meter, and can also be customized according to customer needs.

(1) Construction industry: used to manufacture galvanized pipes, threading pipes, highway guardrail columns, corrugated beam guardrails, cable trays, photovoltaic brackets, light steel keels, earthquake-resistant brackets, roof and wall materials, etc., which can improve the stability and durability of building structures.

(2) Manufacturing industry: commonly used in the manufacture of automotive parts, as well as the shells and brackets of some equipment.

(3) Agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery: production of greenhouse pipes, livestock pipes, breeding equipment, etc., can maintain good performance in outdoor and humid environments.

(4) Other industries: such as the production of drinking water pipes, it can also be used in light industry, commerce and other fields.
