A: Generally, you should not. When mating two CF flanges, the flanges should be tightened until the flange faces are touching (known as "metal to metal"). If this is done, trying to reuse that gasket has a zero percent chance of being leak tight.

Q: How long does it take for copper gasket to cure?

A: The product dries tack free in one hour and fully cures in 24 hours.

Q: Is copper a good gasket material?

A: If a gasket comes under high pressure it needs to be able to withstand it, this requires a more robust combustion seal and the best combustion seal is metal-to-metal, i.e. copper.

Q: What is the hardness of a copper gasket?

A: All gaskets are 2.032mm thick (0.08″ +/-0.003) OF Copper. Standard gaskets have a hardness of 75 VPN. Annealed gaskets have a hardness of 38-42 VPN. (annealing is carried out in an atmosphere of 90% Hydrogen / 10% Nitrogen.
