• 1.4 Good ventilation: The warehouse should have good ventilation conditions to promote air circulation, reduce the accumulation of humid air, reduce humidity, and prevent mold growth and accumulation of harmful gases.

2.1 Classification storage: Classify bolts according to their specifications, models, materials, grades, batches, etc., and store them in different shelves or areas, and clearly mark them for easy search and use, so as to avoid confusion of bolts of different specifications.

2.3 Stacking requirements: If stacking is used for storage, the stacking height should not be too high, generally not more than 2 meters, and the stacking should be neat and stable to prevent collapse. For bolts with special requirements, such as high-precision or specially treated bolts, separate pallets or containers should be used for storage to avoid squeezing and collision.

2.4 Isolate the ground: To prevent the influence of ground moisture on the bolts, the bolts should be stored on pallets, pads or shelves, keeping them at least 15 cm away from the ground.

3.1 Regular inspection: Regularly check the hexagonal bolts in stock to check whether there is rust, corrosion, deformation, damage, etc., and whether the packaging is intact. If any problems are found, appropriate measures should be taken in time, such as rust removal, replacement of packaging, etc.

3.2 First in, first out: Follow the principle of first in, first out, give priority to issuing and using the bolts that are first in the warehouse to reduce the storage time of the bolts in the warehouse and reduce quality risks.

3.3 Record management: Establish detailed inventory records, including the time of entry, quantity, specification, batch, supplier of the bolts, as well as the time, quantity, purpose, destination and other information of the exit from the warehouse, so as to facilitate traceability and management.

3.4 Protective measures: For hexagonal bolts stored for a long time, appropriate protective measures can be taken, such as applying anti-rust oil on the surface of the bolts, using anti-rust packaging, etc., to enhance the anti-rust ability of the bolts.
