• Q355B cold-rolled strip steel is made of Q355B steel and is rolled by hot-rolled strip steel at room temperature through cold rolling process. "Q" stands for yield strength, "355" means the minimum yield strength is 355MPa, and "B" stands for quality grade, which requires it to have certain impact resistance at room temperature of 20℃.

(1) Thickness: usually in the range of 0.1-3mm, common ones are 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, etc.

(2) Width: generally 100-2000mm, common specifications are 1250mm, 1500mm, etc.

(2) Pickling: The pickling process is used to remove the iron oxide scale and impurities on the surface of the hot-rolled strip, providing good surface conditions for subsequent cold rolling and improving the surface quality and rolling performance of the strip.

(3) Cold rolling: At room temperature, through multiple cold rolling, the rolling force, rolling speed and reduction parameters are precisely controlled to make the strip reach the specified thickness, width and dimensional accuracy, while improving its strength and hardness.

(4) Degreasing: Remove the rolling oil and other oil stains remaining on the surface of the strip during the cold rolling process to prevent surface defects in the subsequent processing.

(5) Annealing: Anneal the cold-rolled strip to eliminate work hardening, restore its plasticity and toughness, improve the organizational structure, and improve the overall performance.

(6) Leveling: Level rolling is performed on the annealed strip to further improve the flatness and surface quality of the strip, make the thickness more uniform, and adjust the mechanical properties of the strip.

(7) Shearing: According to user needs, the flattened strip steel is cut horizontally or vertically into the specified length and width to obtain the finished cold-rolled strip steel.
