• Pickled strip steel is a steel product obtained by removing the surface oxide scale from hot-rolled strip steel through the pickling process. The surface oxide scale not only affects the appearance of the steel, but also has adverse effects on subsequent processing and performance. Pickled strip steel can effectively solve these problems.

 

(4) Cleaning: After pickling, rinse the strip steel with clean water to remove the residual acid and other impurities on the surface and prevent the residual acid from corroding the strip steel.

(5) Drying: Use hot air drying or other drying methods to remove moisture from the surface of the strip to avoid rust.

(6) Finishing: Including trimming, leveling and other operations, cutting off the uneven parts of the strip edge, making the strip shape more flat through leveling, reducing unevenness deviation and improving dimensional accuracy.

(1) Thickness: Usually between 0.8-8.0mm, common ones are 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, 5.0mm, etc., and the appropriate thickness can be selected according to different industries and product requirements.

(2) Width: Generally 600-2000mm, common width specifications are 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, etc., to meet the processing requirements of products of different sizes.
